Puppy Guarantee
All Cedar Hills Labs puppies come with a written 30 month Hip/Elbow, Eye
and CNM clear guarantee. Eye evaluations must be performed by a board
certified veterinary ophthalmologist. Dog shall be replaced if shown to be
PRA positive. Cedar Hills Labs is to receive a copy of the ophthalmologist
exam and report.
Hips/Elbows are guaranteed to be OFA cerifiable at the age of 30 months.
The following requirements are necessary to enforce this guarantee and it is
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to see that they are fulfilled.
1. The dog must be x-rayed between 24 and 30 months of age and the
film submitted to OFA for evaluation.
2. The OFA shall be the sole judge regarding the hip evaluation.
3. If OFA, finds the dog to be dysplastic or Elbows abnormal , the dog
will be replaced upon receipt of proof of sterilization of said dog.
4. Replacement pups may be chosen from any breeding of comparable
pedigree.
5. All freight charges are to be paid for by the buyer for said replacement
puppy should shipping be required.
THE ABOVE GUARANTEE IS APPLICABLE TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER
OF THE ANIMAL AND VALID FOR 30 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF
PURCHASE.
